Lyn May, a Chinese-Mexican showgirl, captivated presidents and audiences with her performances in almost a hundred movies. Lyn had a rough upbringing. Lilia Guadalupe Mendiola Mayares, her birth name, was born in Acapulco, Mexico, in 1952. Her family made money by selling souvenirs to visitors. In 2008, she entered into matrimony with film producer Guillermo Calderón Stell, with whom she remained until his death in 2018.
