During the New York City premiere of Deadpool & Wolverine, Ryan Reynolds revealed the name of his youngest child, whom he shares with Blake Lively.
“I want to start by saying thank you to my wife, Blake, who is here,” he said to the gathering. Olin, Betty, Inez, and James, my current children, are the ones I would like to thank. If my fortune favors me, I hope that the events depicted in this film will be the most traumatic experiences of your incredible life.
“Having my whole family here is great.”
Betty, 4, Inez, 7, and James, 9, are the daughters of Reynolds, 47, and Lively, 36. The former Gossip Girl and her partner had their fourth child in February of last year, only five months after it was first rumored that she was pregnant.
“We are overjoyed. Reynolds said, “Look, we wouldn’t do this four times if we didn’t love this,” on CNBC’s Power Lunch on February 13, 2023.
“Everyone is doing really well. Everyone is performing really well. If we hadn’t discovered it by this point, we would be in big danger.
Reynolds at the time kept their child’s name and gender a secret.
The Deadpool star asserted that the couple had a tradition of waiting until their child was born to learn their child’s sex.
“We never find out until (the baby is) born,” he stated to Today. “I know these girls. That being said, I’m praying for that even though I’m ready for whatever happens.
