The cow began to lose milk, and the farmer noticed that she was leaving in the evening for the forest. He decided to follow

Scottish farmer Steve had a modest herd of dairy cows. One day, the guy saw that Lila—who typically gave the most milk—was completely out of milk. The farmer decided to take a closer look at the cow in the meadow near the edge of the woodland after the veterinarian gave him the go-ahead that it was healthy. He soon learned that the cow sometimes goes for walks in the evening into the forest, and he decided to follow her. The farmer would always bring the cows to graze in a clearing near the woodland. When he saw that Leela was lagging behind the group, he made the decision to go after her. He went slowly so as not to frighten the animal away, and after a while he came to a clearing encircled by trees. The cow moved to a slightly more distant place, concealing something.

Steve walked over and saw a small calf. It seems that Lila took it to the clearing a few weeks ago, maybe trying to hide it from sight. It took the farmer around ten minutes to determine the cause of this. Before being transferred to a new herd, each calf that we take is raised apart from the adults.

Reporters were informed by Steve that Leela seemed dissatisfied with the way things were going. And so the calf was left with the cow. Steve made the decision to reevaluate his approach to running the farm.
