Thanks to the popularity of movies like 1977’s Saturday Night Fever, John Travolta became well-known throughout the world.
After he starred in the movie Grease, his notoriety increased even more.
1954 saw the birth of John in New Jersey, New York.
He was the youngest child in his family.
He dropped out of high school to focus on his acting career because he knew as a child that he wanted to be an actor.
He can now say that, in spite of the dangers, it was the right choice for him to make.
John has acted in many movies throughout the years, including Broken Arrow (1996), Wild Hogs (2007), Get Shorty (1995), Two of a Kind (1983), Pulp Fiction (1994), and Gotti (2018), for which he won a Golden Globe.
John got married to the actress Kelly Preston in 1991. She was married when they met.
Kelly asserted in 2018 that her prior marriage wasn’t the right fit for her and that she wasn’t happy in it.
In July of 2020, Kelly passed away from breast cancer. She has been John’s partner for almost thirty years.
Their son, Jett, was born on April 13th, 1992. Their daughter Ella Bleu was born in 2000, and their youngest child, a boy called Benjamin, was born in 2010.
Jett vanished in 2009 from seizures connected to autism. John said he didn’t know how to manage it all and was inconsolable. The superstar needed to get healthy so that he could spend more time with his other two children.
Similar to her parents, Ella is an actor. She said that she had been interested in this line of work since she was a small child and that she was lucky to have parents who gave her wise advice.
Eliana penned some very sweet notes to her mother when Kelly passed away. She told her mother how much she loved her and that she was the best person she had ever met. She told her how much she appreciated all of her help.
Ella says she has a close relationship with her father, who she thinks is the most important person in her life.
John is often expressing how proud he is of his daughter, especially on the social media sites where he posts stuff on a regular basis.
To honor Kelly, he once shared a video of Ella and him dancing. John remarked that dancing with Kelly was one of her favorite things to do.
Family is the most essential thing in life, thus we hope that John and Ella, father and daughter, will always get along.
